About R-407C

R-407C is an HFC blend used to retrofit R-22 systems and in some commercial equipment.

The chart shows saturation temperature in °F at gauge pressure (PSIG), sea level, every 10 PSI from 0 to 600 PSIG. Readings between rows are linearly interpolated, the same way FieldLoom does it on the job.

R-407C is a blend with about 10°F of temperature glide. These are mid-point values. For exact work, use dew point for superheat and bubble point for subcooling from the manufacturer's chart.

Use it with the superheat and subcooling calculators, or see all refrigerants.

Questions

What pressure is 40°F for R-407C?

About 78 PSIG.

What pressure is 100°F for R-407C?

About 231 PSIG.

Are these pressures gauge or absolute?

Gauge pressure (PSIG) at sea level, the same as your manifold reads.
